Two InterCor technical papers and sessions have been selected to be presented at this years’ ITS European Congress taking place in Eindhoven from 2-6 June 2019.

Two InterCor related Special Interest Sessions will take place during the congress with the following details:

  • SIS06 – Harmonizing evaluation of C-ITS to support interoperability in Europe – 15:00-16:00, 3 June 2019

At this session we will share experience of the evaluation of C-ITS deployments to support interoperability of services and to gain valid overlook of their impacts. We will bring in experience from C-ITS corridor pilots from across Europe to show ‘best practice’ evaluation initiatives are taking place and how these are similar but not the same, by focusing on areas of evaluation in relation to specific use cases and key performance indicators.

  • SIS44 – C-ITS hybrid communication to support interoperable services in Europe – 09:00 – 10:00, 6 June 2019

The session will present the latest C-ITS hybrid communication live deployments as well as service provider and C-Roads Platform experiences in Europe with results of technical performance, cross-border interoperability and harmonization, socio-economy, user acceptance, security, business models and service ecosystems.

The two technical papers have been written by TNO and have the following details:

  • TP1975: Open Specification of Log Data for Cooperative and Automated Driving – Bart Netten, TNO
  • TP1951: Interoperability Evaluation using the RTTI App in InterCor TESTFEST – Bart Netten, TNO
